selamat malam semua.. entri kali ni nak berkongsi tentang sukatan metrik yg selalu kita gunakan dalam masakan.. agak sukar jg utuk buat sesuatu resepi jika menggunakan sukatan yg kita sendiri xtahu nak sukat macamana kan.. so,utk memudahkan kerja ... disini saya kongsikannya untuk kita sama2 buat panduan..  mari kita tgk jadual di bawah..
